No refund of any amount. If the full amount has not yet been paid, the outstanding balance remains due.

Article 1

How to Cancel

1.1

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to admin@correasuriname.nl

1.2

The cancellation date is the date on which the written cancellation is received by Correa. Not the date of sending.

1.3

You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation within 2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please follow up — your cancellation may not have been received.

Article 2

Refund Processing

2.1

Eligible refunds are processed within 14 days of the confirmed cancellation date, to the same payment method used for the original payment.

2.2

The €300 deposit is non-refundable from the moment the booking is confirmed, regardless of the cancellation timing, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3

Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs associated with the refund are borne by the tenant.

Article 3

No-Show

3.1

A no-show is defined as failing to check in on the agreed start date without prior written cancellation.

3.2

In the event of a no-show, no refund is issued. If the full booking amount has not yet been received, the outstanding balance remains due and will be invoiced.

3.3

If you anticipate a delayed arrival, notify us as early as possible via admin@correasuriname.nl or +597 852 3443. Late arrivals on the booked start date do not constitute a no-show.

Article 4

Bookings via Third-Party Platforms

4.1

For bookings made via Micazu, Airbnb, or other third-party platforms, the cancellation policy of that platform applies. This policy applies exclusively to bookings made directly with Correa Stays & Tours N.V.

4.2

In the event of a conflict between this policy and a platform's cancellation policy, the platform's rules take precedence for platform-mediated bookings.

Article 5

Exceptional Circumstances

5.1

In cases of verifiable force majeure — such as a serious medical emergency or government-imposed travel restrictions — we will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation will be required.

5.2

We strongly recommend purchasing travel and cancellation insurance to cover circumstances beyond your control.
